About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Roads & Earthworks Foreman to lead on‑site operations for major infrastructure projects in the Eastern Cape. You will supervise teams, ensure quality standards, manage schedules and uphold safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate on‑site teams for roads and earthworks projects.
Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Manage project schedules to keep work on track.
Maintain strict health and safety compliance across all activities.

Required profile

Minimum 25 years of experience on major roads and earthworks projects.
Proven track record in site supervision and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of road construction methods, equipment and best practices.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Valid driver’s licence.
