Senior Recruiter – Remote, Digital & Creative Talent

About the role

Bamboo Works is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for digital, creative and marketing positions across its international client base. This remote, independent‑contractor role focuses on quality talent acquisition rather than volume, allowing you to own the full recruitment lifecycle and shape the hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from intake to placement for assigned roles.
• Source, screen, interview and present high‑calibre candidates that match client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey.
• Build talent pipelines and contribute to sourcing strategies for digital and creative talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks to keep recruitment processes smooth.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record hiring for digital, marketing or creative roles.
• Experience with remote and international hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
