Senior Recruiter – Remote (Digital & Creative)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for digital, creative and marketing positions on a remote basis. You will partner with international clients, own the full recruitment cycle and ensure high‑quality candidate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from intake to placement for assigned roles.
• Source, screen, interview and present top‑tier candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with remote and international hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• High attention to detail and structured working style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, accountable and solutions‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
