Senior React Native Developer

About the role

CV-Library is seeking a Senior React Native Developer to create high‑quality, cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work within a strong engineering team, own the full product lifecycle, and drive technical decisions that shape our mobile stack.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React Native applications for both Android and iOS.
• Build and manage GraphQL APIs using AWS AppSync, including schema design and real‑time subscriptions.
• Integrate AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, S3 and Cognito to deliver scalable back‑ends.
• Lead architectural discussions and ensure maintainable, performant code.
• Implement responsive UI components that follow platform‑specific guidelines.
• Manage application state with appropriate state‑management libraries.
• Own the release process for the App Store and Google Play, including signing and deployment.
• Write and maintain unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimise rendering, network calls and memory usage.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and backend engineers.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience building mobile applications with React Native.
• Proven ability to take ownership of features and drive technical decisions.
• Passion for clean code, polished user experiences and continuous learning.
• Experience working in a collaborative, agile engineering environment.
