Senior Programmatic Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our programmatic delivery function on a remote basis. The role will own end‑to‑end campaign architecture, optimisation, quality assurance and troubleshooting across multiple demand‑side platforms, ensuring high‑volume campaigns launch on time and perform to expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complex programmatic campaign structures across several DSPs and channels.
• Oversee campaign pacing, optimisation, inventory quality and resolve delivery issues.
• Define and enforce QA standards, approving high‑risk campaigns before launch.
• Lead PMP and deal activation, supply troubleshooting and inventory quality management.
• Coach junior Programmatic Campaign Operations Specialists and create repeatable SOPs.
• Collaborate with client account managers on technical issues and join senior‑level client or agency calls.
• Work with data engineering and dashboard teams to keep campaign definitions and reporting aligned.
• Identify automation opportunities and workflow improvements to increase delivery capacity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on programmatic trading or campaign operations experience (7–10 years preferred).
• Proven responsibility for end‑to‑end programmatic campaign delivery at scale.
• Strong troubleshooting, optimisation and QA judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop junior operators in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Deep experience with multiple DSPs, especially DV360, Basis, Simpli.fi, Amazon DSP, Meta and YouTube.
• Knowledge of SSPs, PMP curation and deal activation.
• Familiarity with CTV/OTT and online video environments.
