Senior Product Owner – Retail & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery of innovative digital commerce solutions for retail and logistics. You will shape product vision, drive strategy, and work in a fast‑paced Agile environment to create customer‑centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead solution design for new features, balancing customer experience and backend impact.
• Facilitate workshops, gather and validate business requirements, and obtain sign‑off.
• Create and manage a clear product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise backlog to maximise business value and align with Agile Program Increment objectives.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, and technical teams on APIs, micro‑services, data flows and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement and System Demos.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, secure business sign‑off and oversee release planning.
• Use analytics and customer insights to continuously improve the product and omnichannel journeys.
• Mentor junior Product Owners and promote Agile best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience as a Product Owner or Lead Product Owner in digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, including PI Planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into high‑value product features.
