Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Media Buyer)

About the role

This full-time Senior Meta Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) manages, optimizes and scales paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, driving customer acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth. The role works closely with creative, marketing and leadership teams for international brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage high-budget Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with full-funnel strategies for lead generation, eCommerce sales or customer acquisition.
• Research audiences, optimize targeting and run A/B tests; monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance data and recommend ways to scale campaigns.
• Work with creative teams on high-converting ads and implement retargeting and remarketing.
• Manage budgets efficiently, generate weekly and monthly reports, and troubleshoot account issues and tracking discrepancies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at a high level, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS.
• Experience handling monthly ad budgets of $10,000 to $100,000+.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, lead generation or direct-response brands is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and attribution models.
• Tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hyros or Triple Whale.
