Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead passenger acquisition, retention, and brand growth for inDrive across the Southern Africa region, with a primary focus on South Africa. You will translate the global brand strategy into locally relevant campaigns and work hands‑on with the regional marketing lead and local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt inDrive’s global brand guidelines to South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana markets.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Driver Operations, and other functions in a matrix environment.
• Develop marketing briefs, ensure culturally relevant creative production, and oversee 360° campaigns, activations, and partnerships.
• Partner on budget planning with the Regional Marketing Lead and manage the approved local marketing spend.
• Analyze acquisition and retention funnels, surface product improvement opportunities, and conduct in‑market customer development research.
• Generate and test performance‑marketing hypotheses together with the in‑house performance team.

Required profile

• 4+ years of digital consumer marketing experience, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
• Hands‑on experience planning and executing multi‑channel (360°) marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix structure and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to turn data into actionable insights.
• Execution‑focused, comfortable shaping strategy and delivering results, including agency management.
