Senior Manager – Monitoring, Evaluation & Risks

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead the Monitoring, Evaluation and Risks (MER) function for the automotive supplier park. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role is responsible for overseeing corporate performance, risk management and non‑financial compliance across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the organisation’s strategic and operational business plans in line with national directives.
• Maintain and update the strategic risk register, chair risk workshops and produce regular risk reports for senior management and the board.
• Track performance against business plans, identify non‑performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Collect, analyse and consolidate data from all departments to produce a wide range of internal and external reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual performance and risk updates.

Required profile

• Graduate degree; MBA or project management qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, including business analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management.
• Proven ability to draft and consolidate business plans, performance reports and risk documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate governance, project management and non‑financial reporting.
