Senior Internal Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to lead the attraction and retention of recruitment talent across our portfolio of specialist recruitment brands. This remote‑based role, operating from Cape Town, will partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute agile hiring strategies that support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Director and Talent Engagement Lead to develop a robust hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to create effective attraction, sourcing, and closing plans.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing/headhunting, values‑based interviews, offers, and HR administration.
• Design and launch creative talent attraction campaigns using social media, automation, email marketing and other innovative methods.
• Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand and write compelling copy for recruitment consultant roles.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience while building talent pipelines for future needs.
• Provide market and business intelligence to inform attraction approaches and recommend optimal routes to market.
• Support cultural initiatives that positively impact the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably within a fast‑growing, multi‑brand environment.
• Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Ability to design and execute talent attraction campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and copy‑writing abilities to craft engaging recruitment messages.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience delivering market intelligence and hiring insights.
