Senior Inside Sales Rep - Hybrid

About the role

A global language technology company is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Rep for a hybrid direct-hire role, open to candidates in Medellín, Colombia or Cape Town, South Africa. The role focuses on inbound lead qualification and some outbound campaigns, working within an established tech stack and proven cadences. Final salary is confirmed after the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Run high-volume inbound outreach and some outbound outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for Account Executives, meeting weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria using frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC, with timely follow-up within SLAs.
• Run prospects through multi-touch cadences in the sales engagement platform, personalising templates and testing messaging variations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (call notes, disposition codes, next steps) and manage lead handoffs.
• Share pipeline updates, routing issues and prospect insights with leadership, RevOps, Marketing and Sales, and take part in team trainings and call reviews.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of sales experience focused on inside sales or a similar role in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience qualifying leads for sales teams in an enterprise B2B setting.
• Comfortable with high-volume inbound and outbound activity, including cold calling.
• C1 or above English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, ideally a sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo.
• Organised, goal-oriented and able to hit activity and outcome targets.
