Senior HubSpot Consultant (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

Smit Marketing Ltd is seeking a senior HubSpot Consultant based in South Africa to work remotely with UK business hours. You will partner directly with our B2B clients and internal team to deliver end‑to‑end HubSpot solutions that drive sales and marketing growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up HubSpot portals from scratch, including lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, custom properties and lead source tracking.
• Design, build and optimise HubSpot workflows, email campaigns, lead‑nurture sequences and forms.
• Create custom reports, client dashboards, sales performance dashboards and marketing attribution reports.
• Configure HubSpot app integrations and clean up CRM structures.
• Lead client onboarding, training sessions and support calls during UK business hours.
• Translate client requirements into HubSpot solutions and document project work clearly.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on HubSpot experience, preferably with B2B clients.
• Proven ability to set up HubSpot portals and build complex workflows independently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients.
• Available to work UK business hours while based in South Africa.
