Senior HR Manager

About the role

The Senior HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping people initiatives that support business objectives. This role oversees end‑to‑end HR operations, drives organizational design, and champions an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, providing data‑driven insights for workforce planning.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior roles, collaborate with recruitment managers, and drive succession planning and internal mobility.
• Manage complex employee‑relations cases, ensure compliance, and champion engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Oversee performance management cycles, identify learning gaps, coordinate development programs, and coach managers on HR best practices.
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws and global HR policies, keep accurate workforce data, and continuously improve HR processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
