About the role
The Hello Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the primary HR Generalist for one of its largest entities. Based in Centurion, the role sits within the HR team and works closely with senior management to ensure that people practices support the overall business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the HR point of contact for a major business unit, covering the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations and performance management.
- Support the Generalist function by stepping in when needed and ensuring continuity of service.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision‑making.
Required profile
- Proven HR expertise with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and confidently represent HR in senior management discussions.
- Strong analytical mindset and capability to align HR actions with business goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
