Senior Graphic Designer – Web3 & Crypto

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of an innovative technology brand operating in the Web3 ecosystem. Based in South Africa, you will lead the design of engaging visual assets for global crypto‑native communities across social platforms, websites, campaigns, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong visual strategy that aligns with brand guidelines while encouraging creative experimentation.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
• Design content optimized for crypto‑native platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Incorporate current memes, trends, and digital culture into visuals while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Monitor emerging design, technology, and Web3 trends to adapt creative strategies quickly.
• Build efficient creative workflows, manage design projects, and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems for global growth.
• Lead visual design efforts for conferences, industry events, and community‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design leadership experience with a strong digital‑first portfolio.
• Deep understanding of crypto‑native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter.
• Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, crypto, or other innovative digital industries is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
