Senior Foreclosure Secretary (ABSA)

About the role

An established legal practice in Pretoria East is looking for a Senior Foreclosure Secretary to manage the undefended foreclosure process from start to finish. The role suits someone comfortable with high volumes, able to keep matters moving under pressure and who communicates professionally with clients and debtors.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of banking foreclosure experience is essential.
• Proven experience with ABSA Bank foreclosures is required.
• Experience with ABSA deceased-estate foreclosures is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience across the full undefended foreclosure process.
• Able to manage high volumes, competing deadlines and pressure effectively.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to engage directly with clients and debtors.
• Highly organised, accurate and comfortable working independently within established processes.
