About the role
A permanent Conveyancing Bonds Secretary position based in Pretoria East is available. The role suits an experienced Bonds Secretary who can manage bond matters from instruction through to registration with minimal supervision, keeping registrations moving and deadlines under control.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Bonds Secretary.
- Able to work independently and manage a busy bond portfolio.
- Consistently strong turnaround times.
- Proven ability to maintain minimal Stordoc rejections.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to documentation.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of Absa and Standard Bank bond processes.
- Experience with Nedbank and SA Home Loans is advantageous.
The salary is open for discussion and will be market related, depending on qualifications, skills and experience.
