Senior Creative Strategist - Paid Social / Online Video

About the role

AutoScout24 is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to shape its brand identity across paid social and video platforms. This is a remote-first role combining creative vision with data analysis, bridging brand storytelling and performance marketing. The person manages the full creative lifecycle, from scriptwriting to final review, and works with AI-driven video tools.

Key responsibilities

• Draft scripts, hooks and copy for paid social and YouTube that match market trends and audience needs
• Own the creative testing roadmap: set up hypotheses, run split tests and analyse results to improve campaign performance
• Work with external creators and influencers, defining how AutoScout24 app moments fit into their content and giving feedback on rough cuts and final edits
• Explore and implement AI tools to streamline production workflows
• Collaborate with the AI Video Creator so that creative briefs are feasible and aligned with brand priorities

Required profile

• At least eight years in content strategy, social creative or brand marketing, with a track record of scaling creator-led or UGC strategies
• Fluency in English and German (minimum C1)
• Experience using AI tools to support creative production
