Senior Community Moderator

About the role

SS&C is seeking a Senior Community Moderator to be the online voice of its brand. You will lead the community portal, fostering engagement and turning customers into brand advocates while supporting the company’s intelligent automation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with community members on the portal.
• Develop and execute a community strategy, including events such as Lunch & Learns, User Groups, and product Q&As.
• Curate and publish knowledge content like best‑practice guides, how‑to articles, and release notes.
• Partner with Support to maximize case deflection and surface trending issues to Product.
• Feed community insights into Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Drive registration, activation, and advocacy programs, and track engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a passion for building online relationships.
• Ability to collaborate across Support, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Experience in community management or similar customer‑facing roles.
