About the role
We are looking for a Senior Clerk on a fixed‑term basis to support our administrative and capital‑order processes. The role involves handling reports, work orders and procurement activities while ensuring accurate data capture and timely follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Compile and analyse reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative support across departments.
- Create, manage and track work orders and related data.
- Place purchase orders, monitor deliveries and process payments.
- Prepare and maintain capital application documentation and reports.
- Oversee the work‑order backlog to ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in clerical or administrative functions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
