Senior Business Development Manager KZN

About the role

Drive regional growth and position technically focused building solutions across KwaZulu‑Natal. This senior, hands‑on role requires an entrepreneurial sales professional who can develop a market from the ground up. Working remotely initially, you will build relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers, developers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upcoming projects, generate new business and manage opportunities from prospecting through to conversion and account growth.
• Provide technical product guidance and coordinate project timelines and stock availability.
• Develop regional branch, depot or distribution operations where advantageous.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales, business development or account management experience.
• Strong record of market development and revenue growth.
• Experience in building products, construction, architectural solutions, manufacturing, engineering or a related technical sector.
• Relevant relationships across the construction and design community are advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Independent, organised and comfortable managing a regional territory.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout KZN.
