Senior Analyst – Finance Systems Implementation

About the role

This senior analyst position is with a leading South African fintech company, focusing on the implementation of finance‑related systems such as ERP, procurement and consolidation solutions. You will work in a fast‑paced environment that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support finance systems implementation projects across all phases – requirements, design, build, testing and deployment.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of finance platforms with existing processes.
• Provide guidance on cloud data architecture and finance data handling in Google Cloud environments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in finance systems implementation projects (ERP, procurement or consolidation).
• Experience working on at least one full project phase, either on the business side, IT side or as part of an implementation partner.
• Background as a consultant or systems implementation partner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
