Senior Ad Specialist – Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

About the role

We are looking for a senior, self‑sufficient specialist based in South Africa to own our Google Ads and Meta Ads operations for a portfolio of UK B2B clients. The role requires strategic thinking, quick grasp of complex briefs, and end‑to‑end campaign ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage B2B lead‑generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn for UK industrial and manufacturing clients.
• Own full campaign strategy including keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bid management and ongoing optimisation.
• Design Meta Instant Form funnels focused on lead quality, advise clients on budget‑appropriate approaches, and collaborate with design for landing‑page positioning.
• Set up automated lead‑notification workflows via Zapier or Make and produce insight‑led reports using Claude and other AI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on paid‑media management experience, with proven B2B lead‑generation success in the UK market.
• Strong cold‑email expertise, including infrastructure setup, domain health, mailbox warm‑up and deliverability monitoring.
• Comfortable working remotely, highly self‑managed and able to communicate clearly with complex industrial clients.
