Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

OneDome is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Cape Town office. The role is office‑based, UK‑aligned, and focuses on SEO, content optimisation, and website performance across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, optimise web pages, blogs and landing pages, and monitor rankings, site health and Core Web Vitals.
• Publish and update content in WordPress, manage plugins, and coordinate technical SEO work with the IT/development team.
• Build and send CRM/email campaigns in HubSpot and Brevo, manage workflows, lists and segmentation.
• Assist with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimise landing pages for conversion.
• Track organic traffic, rankings and content engagement; report on KPIs using Google Analytics, HubSpot and SEO tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, content optimisation and website management.
• Strong WordPress skills and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• WordPress (publishing, plugins, on‑page SEO)
• SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• HubSpot, Brevo and Microsoft Dynamics
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms
• Power BI (nice‑to‑have)
