Senior Account Manager – Brand & Marketing Agency

About the role

A remote, full-time Senior Account Manager position, advertised by Remote Choice on behalf of an established brand and marketing agency specialising in the automotive, engineering and wider technical sectors. The agency works with international businesses at key moments of commercial change such as brand transformation, new product launches and M&A. The role is hands-on, autonomous and close to the Founder/CEO, Creative Director and specialist partners, with a target start date of November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, build trusted relationships and drive retention and growth
• Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions, and give clear progress updates
• Translate agreed project scopes into delivery plans with milestones, responsibilities and approval deadlines
• Coordinate internal team members, freelancers, contractors and external suppliers, and monitor progress across concurrent projects
• Monitor project fees, time and costs, flag budget risks early and coordinate scope-change approvals
• Review deliverables against the brief, coordinate sign-off and keep documentation and versions organised
• Support proposals and statements of work, and assist with strategic marketing programmes within agreed priorities

Required profile

• Proven track record independently managing B2B client accounts and delivering brand or marketing projects
• Experience managing projects from brief through to delivery, budgets, timelines and scope changes
• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and handling challenging conversations
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing, and ability to turn complex technical information into clear briefs
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with international clients (Asia, North America, Europe) and cultural differences; automotive, engineering or technical sector experience is particularly valuable
