About the role
The Learnership Programme offers unemployed South Africans aged 18‑29 a chance to study and work in the private security industry. Participants will combine classroom‑based learning with on‑the‑job training to qualify as a Security Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Attend classroom training at the designated institute.
- Complete on‑the‑job training within a private security environment.
- Apply learned knowledge and practical skills to real security operations.
Required profile
- Unemployed South African citizens aged 18‑29.
- Open to Black, Indian and Coloured males and females.
- People with disabilities must submit a doctor’s certificate or signed ITRDD13 form.
