Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the role

Rocket SaaS is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Manager to join its SEO team. You will work closely with the Head of SEO to design and execute SEO strategies for both the agency and its SaaS clients, driving organic visibility and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of SEO to implement and optimise SEO strategies for Rocket SaaS and client accounts.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research to guide content creation and optimisation.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits, identify issues and coordinate fixes with development teams (e.g., page speed, schema markup, site structure).
• Optimise on‑page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags and internal linking.
• Assist in executing link‑building campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Monitor performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Analytics, and produce actionable reports.
• Share SEO best practices across the wider marketing team and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in senior SEO roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tactics.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
