SCM Track Lead – Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement

About the role

The SCM Track Lead will drive the design, implementation, configuration and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and SCM solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams, you will ensure procurement processes meet business needs and industry best practices while providing functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement/SCM modules.
• Configure and support Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory, Self‑Service Procurement, Supplier Qualification Management and Contracts.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Design BPM workflows, approvals and business process automation.
• Conduct solution design workshops and guide project teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting and data migration.
• Support reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Perform functional testing, UAT support and issue resolution.
• Provide stakeholder management, project governance and status reporting.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Procurement.
• At least 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement/SCM.
