SAP Treasury Consultant – Hybrid (Contract)

About the role

Our client, a leading finance technology hub within the Group IT Hub South Africa, is seeking an expert SAP Treasury Consultant on a contract basis. You will own the functional design, architecture, and deployment of global treasury, cash operations, and multi‑banking connectivity solutions across complex, multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and architecture of SAP Treasury modules, including Cash Management, In‑House Cash, and Advanced Payment Management.
• Define and coordinate end‑to‑end integration flows between SAP and external platforms such as Wallstreet Suite and Global Payment Platforms.
• Manage multi‑bank connectivity, including SWIFT, bank adapters, and multi‑bank networks.
• Set functional standards, governance, and best‑practice guidelines for treasury and cash management.
• Resolve escalated technical and functional issues without needing senior escalation.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in SAP Treasury, cash management, and in‑house cash functions.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing multi‑banking integration architectures.
• Strong ability to bridge finance, technical development, and external banking stakeholders.
• Strategic, solution‑focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
