About the role
Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office in Stellenbosch is hiring one SAP Business Support professional for a hybrid workplace. The role delivers a centralised function that supports End and Business Users with the application and functions of SAP across various modules.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to end users
- Provide business support
- Provide SAP Functional Team Support
Required profile
- Matric or equivalent (essential)
- SAP certification in one of the modules used at Mediclinic Southern Africa (desired)
- 2-3 years working with SAP in a business environment (essential); 2-3 years supporting SAP, including SAP call centre support (desired)
Required skills
- End user support experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
