Sales Representative – FMCG (Heineken)

About the role

Join Heineken's dynamic sales team in Giyani as a Sales Representative. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the Heineken brand portfolio across beer, wine, spirits and ready‑to‑drink categories, driving brand awareness and consumer pull in line with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Increase market share by building strong relationships with customers and ensuring product accessibility, availability and activation.
• Manage price‑driven promotions, power‑pack compliance and RSP (Recommended Selling Price) across all categories.
• Maintain a high call strike rate and develop partnerships that drive continuous business improvement.
• Implement brand‑specific strategies, monitor performance and contribute to team effectiveness by demonstrating Heineken behaviours.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of FMCG sales experience or a related field.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence with at least two years of driving experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and attend promotional events.
• Strong persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of commercial implications and sales process management.
• Product knowledge across beer, wine, spirits and RTD categories.
• Ability to use sales technology tools to support the sales process.
