Sales Representative – Beverage Brands

About the role

Join Heineken Beverages South Africa as a Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling the Heineken brand portfolio. You will work directly with customers to increase brand awareness, drive market share and ensure product availability across beer, wine, spirits and ready‑to‑drink categories.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market share and brand growth by executing sales and activation plans.
• Maintain product accessibility, availability and affordability for clients.
• Implement price‑driven promotions and power‑pack compliance agreements.
• Build and nurture partnerships with customers, achieving call strike rates.
• Monitor and act on commercial insights to influence day‑to‑day decisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and personal development.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence with at least two years of driving experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and attend promotional events.
• Strong persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of sales processes, product relevance by channel and commercial implications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sales technology applications within the sales process.
