Sales Representative – Earthmoving Equipment (Boksburg)

About the role

Goscor Earthmoving Equipment is looking for two experienced Sales Representatives to drive sales of Bobcat products across the Johannesburg region. You will serve the construction, mining and agriculture sectors, building strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell Bobcat earthmoving equipment and related services to current and prospective clients.
• Develop action plans, identify targets and generate new leads through cold calling and referrals.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, contracts and sales documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and sales materials.
• Manage client accounts, conduct quality checks and resolve concerns.
• Produce regular status reports on activities, closures and goal attainment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close sales and implement special sales initiatives.
• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars and telemarketing campaigns.
• Follow up on payment collections.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling earthmoving equipment.
• Solid understanding of earthmoving products or technical knowledge.
• Basic financial knowledge.
• Strong customer liaison and communication abilities, including cold calling.
