Sales Manager

About the role

CipherWave's Sales Manager leads the Sales team and drives the achievement of the company's monthly sales and revenue targets. CipherWave sells to direct business customers (SME to enterprise), reseller and MSP partners, and wholesale Telco and ISP partners, covering connectivity, cloud, voice and cybersecurity products. The role reports to the Group CEO and focuses on managing sales activity, pipeline development, opportunity progression and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the Sales team so that each representative meets their allocated monthly targets
• Drive customer meetings, sales calls and product discussions
• Build and maintain a continuous flow of qualified pipeline
• Manage opportunities through the stages of Proposal, Best Case, Commit and Closed Won
• Convert pipeline into signed customer orders and drive sales across Connectivity, Cloud, Voice and Cybersecurity
• Develop sales performance across Direct, MSP/Reseller and Wholesale channels
• Identify underperformance early and implement coaching and corrective action
• Support the team on strategic customer opportunities, proposals and negotiations
• Ensure accurate and realistic sales forecasts

The role is measured on team MRR and NRC target achievement, individual rep performance, pipeline development and coverage, conversion, customer activity, product sales, forecast accuracy, renewals and customer engagement.
