Sales Development Representative – US B2B Outbound

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our remote team and drive outbound B2B sales for US‑based prospects. You will work independently, managing the full prospecting cycle from cold calls to qualified meeting bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume cold calls to US founders, sales leaders, Heads of Growth and other senior decision‑makers.
• Combine phone outreach with personalized email and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects.
• Research and qualify leads within defined Ideal Customer Profiles.
• Book qualified sales meetings and manage follow‑up activities without supervision.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Provide daily activity updates and weekly reports on meetings booked and pipeline health.
• Represent client brands professionally during outbound campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales, SDR, BDR or appointment‑setting experience.
• Proven track record of cold calling as a primary sales activity.
• Experience engaging US‑based B2B prospects (preferred).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral phone manner.
• Strong written English for crafting professional follow‑up emails.
• Highly self‑directed and able to manage multiple touchpoints autonomously.
