Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to introduce our innovative SaaS solution to the South African hospitality market. This remote, high‑impact outbound role focuses on generating qualified sales opportunities for our senior sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in hotel groups, restaurant chains and franchise operators.
• Generate qualified appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Manage follow‑up communications to maximise conversion and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly appointment and activity targets while collaborating with the sales team for smooth handovers.
• Stay updated on market trends within the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience, preferably in software or technology.
• Proven track record of booking appointments and handling high call volumes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to work UK‑aligned business hours with a reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
