Sales Development Representative (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join Reworks Solution LLC remotely. The role supports a company dedicated to helping women navigate infertility, focusing on generating high‑quality leads and building initial relationships with prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and research high‑quality leads using sales prospecting tools and databases.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to predefined criteria.
• Conduct initial outreach and intake conversations with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Achieve daily and weekly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Hands‑on experience with sales prospecting platforms such:// Apollo.io or Seamless.AI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, research and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
