Sales Development Representative & Lead Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Development Representative & Lead Coordinator to support a premium home‑services business serving affluent homeowners in the Phoenix Valley, USA. The role focuses on quickly responding to inbound enquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new inbound enquiries within 1–3 minutes.
• Engage professionally with U.S. homeowners and qualify leads based on location, project requirements, budget, timing, and decision‑maker availability.
• Set expectations around typical project budgets without providing final pricing.
• Book qualified onsite appointments or route enquiries for remote quoting.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads and open quotes.
• Manage Instagram DM conversations and convert suitable enquiries into phone calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Escalate pricing, discount, design, or unusual project questions to management.
• Provide a short daily activity summary.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, lead qualification or customer service.
• Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Warm, natural, confident communication style.
• Comfortable speaking with affluent U.S. homeowners.
• Strong ability to qualify leads rather than merely book appointments.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
