Sales Development Representative (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who will champion our digital hospitality product across Europe. You will use your hotel industry knowledge to open conversations with hotels, groups and hospitality companies, turning interest into qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact hotels, hotel groups and hospitality companies throughout Europe.
• Make cold calls and introduce our product in a clear, professional manner.
• Find the right decision‑makers (General Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, Owners, corporate representatives).
• Explain product value using hospitality‑focused language.
• Arrange online demos and product presentations.
• Follow up with prospects, build trust and maintain detailed records of interactions.
• Provide market feedback to help improve our positioning.

Required profile

• Experience in hotels, hospitality, travel, HoReCa or corporate hospitality sales.
• Good understanding of hotel decision‑making structures.
• Confidence in cold calling and speaking with new contacts.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Open‑minded, flexible and eager to learn about digital innovation.
• Calm, positive and persistent sales approach.
• Additional European language skills are a strong advantage.
