Sales Consultant – New Business & Account Management (SaaS)

About the role

Our client in Klerksdorp, North West, is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business and manage existing accounts for a SaaS fleet tracking solution. The role combines prospecting new customers, delivering product demos, and nurturing relationships to grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by selling the fleet‑tracking solution to new customers.
• Conduct cold calls, develop a pipeline of leads and follow up on enquiries promptly.
• Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to prospects.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
• Manage existing accounts, understand client needs and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth.

Required profile

• Matric certificate and relevant tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the fleet management or vehicle tracking industry.
• Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
