About the role
homechoice is seeking a permanent 24‑hour Flexi Sales & Customer Associate for its Southgate Mall showroom. The role combines front‑line sales, customer service, administration and stock handling in a busy retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers on the showroom floor, identify their needs and recommend suitable homeware products.
- Process orders, handle payments, refunds, credits and maintain accurate customer records.
- Support the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager in achieving sales targets and service standards.
- Assist with stock movement, replenishment, merchandising and overall showroom presentation.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- At least one year of retail sales experience in a target‑driven, customer‑facing environment.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
