Sales Associate - SMB

About the role

Pnet, part of The StepStone Group, is looking for a Sales Associate to join its SMB department. You will sign on and partner with businesses to add value to and transform the way they hire talent, helping to grow the Pnet business.

Key responsibilities

• Use lead sourcing techniques and tools to generate and manage high-quality leads and keep a strong pipeline.
• Prospect, cold call and close deals, persuading businesses to choose Pnet solutions.
• Manage client relationships through strategic conversations, track product usage and identify upselling opportunities to renew contracts.
• Handle administrative tasks accurately and on time, meeting documentation and reporting requirements in the CRM system.
• Take advantage of upskilling and development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in a B2B environment.
• Strong cold calling and telephonic skills.
• Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication.
• Ability to understand customer needs by listening attentively and empathetically.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
