About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our jewellery store at Sandton City. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, helping shoppers choose jewellery that reflects their personality, and contributing to both individual and store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, guiding them through the product range and highlighting technical and stylistic features.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales goals by actively using all sales channels, both online and offline.
• Handle customer service issues such as complaints, returns, and special orders professionally and promptly.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including visual merchandising, product displays, and cleanliness of the back‑office and inventory areas.
• Participate in stock control, inventory checks, and preparation of shipments to customers.
• Stay updated on new product launches through mandatory training sessions.
• Support the company’s sustainability initiatives by minimizing waste and environmental impact.
