About the role
MiwayLife provides affordable life‑insurance solutions through telephone‑based channels. As a Sales Agent you will sell life‑insurance policies over the phone, meet sales targets and uphold the company’s quality and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Sell life‑insurance products telephonically to existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and productivity measures.
- Adhere to quality and compliance processes to minimise business risk.
- Handle sales objections and build lasting client relationships.
- Stay updated on product information, regulatory changes and industry trends.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 1–2 years outbound call‑centre experience selling long‑term insurance with targets.
- Good understanding of financial‑services legislation and FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
- Fluency in English and at least one other South African official language.
- Clear criminal and credit record and willingness to work overtime to meet targets.
