Sales Agent – Commission Based (Benoni CBD)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Agent to represent Global Direct in the Benoni CBD and promote short‑term insurance products from The Unlimited. The position is commission‑only and offers flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads and prospects.
• Present The Unlimited’s short‑term insurance solutions to potential clients.
• Close sales and complete accurate application paperwork.
• Build and maintain client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and report activity as required.

Required profile

• At least a 50 % average in matric (NQF 4) or any higher qualification (NQF 5+).
• Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell; insurance or related sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable transport for local client visits.
• Basic smartphone with ability to use simple sales or administrative apps.
• South African work authorization.
