Sales Admin Clerk

About the role

The Sales Admin Clerk supports the sales team by handling client orders, coordinating with production, and ensuring smooth delivery processes. This position requires strong organisational skills and a professional attitude to represent the company brand.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on client satisfaction after orders have been delivered.
• Manage office tasks such as filing, organising, and updating records.
• Take client orders in person, via phone, and email, and enter them accurately into the system.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient order processing and meet client deadlines.
• Arrange delivery schedules, complete paperwork and invoicing, and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide product information, respond to queries, handle complaints, and support the sales team with quotations, payments, and order finalisation.

Required profile

• Matric qualification; relevant tertiary qualifications are highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with good time‑keeping.
• Numerical accuracy and deadline‑orientated mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Word.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
