Salaried Financial Advisor – Mount Frere & Surroundings

About the role

The Salaried Financial Advisor will provide professional advice on a range of financial products to clients in Mount Frere, Tsolo, Ntabankulu and surrounding areas. You will be accountable for meeting sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service, identifying opportunities for new business and supporting client retention.
• Analyse complex client queries and develop appropriate technical or professional solutions.
• Receive and assist visitors, directing more complex matters to specialised colleagues.
• Enter follow‑up actions and relevant data into the CRM system to maintain accurate records and support business development.
• Clarify customer needs, tailor presentations, and ask probing questions to assess interest and address information gaps.
• Develop and implement relationship‑management plans to build networks with decision‑makers and influencers.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory codes, and obtain necessary authorisations for procedural exceptions.
• Monitor sales and market data for the geographic region to identify growth opportunities.
• Create sales opportunities by building a personal network within the business sector.
