Salaried Financial Advisor (Kokstad and Surrounding Areas)

About the role

Old Mutual is hiring a salaried financial advisor for Kokstad and surrounding locations. The role gives advice on a defined range of products to a specific allocated market, and the person is individually accountable for achieving results through their own effort. It is a FAIS-regulated position (Category B), so candidates must meet FAIS requirements, including honesty and integrity and relevant qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice in line with the customer value proposition and compliance framework.
• Develop, track and review a business plan to meet individual performance targets.
• Work in a specific allocated market and with a specific range of products.
• Prospecting is limited.

Required profile

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Compliance with FAIS requirements, including honesty and integrity.

What we offer

• R7,000 basic salary plus a R2,500 performance bonus based on meeting the monthly target.
