About the role

The Salaried Financial Adviser will provide advice on a defined range of financial products to an allocated market segment, delivering high‑quality service while actively seeking new business opportunities and supporting client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities for new business or retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries and resolve customer problems.
• Analyse specific problems to develop technical or professional solutions.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Schedule follow‑up actions and record interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate data.
• Clarify customer needs, tailor presentations and gather information to assess interest.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for prospective accounts.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory codes.
• Monitor sales and market data for a geographic region to identify development opportunities.
• Build a personal network, represent the organisation at sector events and gather market intelligence.
• Conduct research to identify key trends and themes.
