Risk & Investment Administrator

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing specialist back‑office support platform that serves financial advisers across South Africa. They are looking for a Risk & Investment Administrator to join their client‑centric operation in the Northern Suburbs, ensuring accurate processing of risk and investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage new business applications, quotations and compliance documentation for multiple product providers.
• Provide high‑quality administrative support to brokers and clients for risk and investment products.
• Execute client instructions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Accurately update and maintain CRM records.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience in the South African financial services industry.
• Hands‑on knowledge of living annuities, life annuities, retirement and preservation funds, discretionary investments, endowments and tax‑free savings accounts.
• Proven track record in client service and administrative support.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team‑player attitude.
